* Student registration is available for students under age of 35 with valid student ID or certificate of study.

We have received a few reports concerning the problem of transffering the registration fee in time as stated here on the web or in registration confirmation email you might have received. Registrations recieved till 10th February qualify for the early bird registration and should be payed till 28th February.

The regular registration fee includes admission to the scientific programme of the congress, conference materials, refreshments during the official programme, and participation in Thursday’s closing party with a buffet dinner.

The student registration fee includes admission to the scientific programme of the congress, conference materials, refreshments during the official programme. Participation in Thursday’s closing party with a buffet dinner is subject to additional fee and can be selected in the student registration form.

Both registration fees don't include accommodation, field trips, and refreshments outside the official congress programme. In addition, the registration fee DOES NOT include any insurance for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or persons accompanying them) during the conference.

All conference attendees, including speakers, must register and will receive an official conference name badge. Every attendee must wear her/his official conference badge to access the sessions.

All payments have to be made in Euro (EUR) by bank transfer.

Please provide first name and surname of the registered participant to the payment order for identification of the payment.

You will receive the payment instructions with the email confirming your registration. Please note that you have to add the conference fee and your selected filed trip price to get the total ammount to be paid.

The date of the receipt of the payment in our account is obligatory for the determination of the amount of the registration fee.

Please note that all banking costs must be paid by the participant. The name and address of the participant, as well as the details of the payment, should be clearly indicated when completing the bank transfer.

Payments received by bank transfer have to be credited to the SEFS10 account till 10. 2. 2017. Otherwise the organiser is authorised to upgrade your fee to the next higher registration fee. A duplicate or a photocopy of the bank transfer note can be requested and sent by email to the congress organiser.

Fees will be refunded after the conference, according to the following policy:

Cancellations received before the end of January 2017: 100% refund less bank charges.
Cancellations received before the end of March 2017: 50% refund less bank charges.
Cancellations received after the end of March 2017: no refund can be made.

Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting the secretariat in writing. The organisers shall not be payable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
